holiday inn express in Charles Town...always been good to me...

I think I'm headed down solo - staying @ Hampton Inn Berryville Pike Winchester.

We are also at the Hampton Inn, Berryville

Consider the Hampton Inn, Inwood, WV. It's right across the street from a Shell station, Subway, other fast food and supermarket (with decent beer selection), and a shorter drive for those of us who take I-81 south from PA. It takes about the same time to drive fromt he hotel to the track as it does from the Winchester Hampton Inn, and the roads are pretty empty with some nice curves. (Those with Mega Trailers might not like that.)

It's also newer than the Winchester Hampton Inn with friendly staff.

It is a bit farther from the Cork Street Tavern and Brewbakers in Winchester, but they are a short hop down I-81.

That is true--the parking is tight there. Don't you drop the trailer at the track on Thursday night, though?

As I think about adding a trailer to our list of vehicles, I'd be eager to hear how it changed your weekend. In general, is it possible to drop the trailer the night before an event? Is that possible at some tracks more than others, or for some events more than others?

Yes you can drop off but Thursday is usually my late night @ work (get done at 8pm).

Trailering is great to bring stuff, have shelter, have a car problem, etc. but takes away the fun of driving your p-car to the event. Trailering to/from events really sucks.

Great breakfast in the morning and trailer parking, too.    Cool
