I have implemented the new RTR registration, meaning for social events we can RSVP directly from our website without sending an email to the person who is responsible for the event.
Once a person or persons registers for the event, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to the registrant and the event coordinator, and it will also send out reminder emails to the registrants prior to the event (right now it is set at 3 days prior and can be adjusted accordingly).
Plus the coordinator will be able to log into the admin part of our website and print out an excel spreadsheet of all the people who are registered.
In the future if we would like to take payments as well we can do that too.
