Hello Riesentoter! I checked with Brian and he said it was OK that I post this here...

My husband and I are Porsche Club Founders Region members and this past year we purchased a property for to offer as a nightly rental right in Summit Point. It is 5 minutes from the track and outfitted to meet the needs of the racing community. We are trying to get the word out that we are available as an alternative to the hotels that are all 20+ minutes away.

Since you have two events at the track this year, I thought you might be interested - on our website you can see we are available for both your April and October events. We believe that our guests will fall in the following categories:

- The event committee that wants the convenience of staying so close to the track and staying all together to ease with logistics.
- A driver that wants to make it a family experience - and realizes that staying in a hotel in Winchester is a hard sell.
- A group of driver-friends that want to get together and have a real "clubhouse" experience - family style dinners, campfire, garage space to work on the cars together if needed, no worries of drinking and driving, etc.
- A race team director and crew that wants to have everyone under one roof to work on the cars late at night, etc.

Do any of those sound like you?

If you have a moment, take a look at our website and let me know what you think. If you are interested in booking the house I am offering $100 off all reservations made by February 15th.

Thanks in advance,
Pat Kaunitz

Smile Contact me with any questions... or at this point - make me an offer! Thanks! Pat http://www.rubysummitpoint.com/
