993 Thingamajig/bumper guard cap?

Today I discovered that I'm missing a rubber cover from my passenger side front bumper. Those who know how meticulously I maintain my car, keeping it in pristine like-new condition, can appreciate my concern for this imperfection.

As a preliminary matter, anyone know what the part is called? I looked at some diagrams and believe it might be a bumper guard cap. If that's the case, they seem to be available at a rather modest cost from suppliers like Pelican.
