This Ford commercial makes a great YouTube video. What’s the best way to market the new Ford Focus? Well first, you could completely destroy the car. And then you could use the parts to build classical instruments.
That may sound like a joke. But that’s exactly what happened. A classical ensemble was outfitted with custom instruments. Each was made from parts of the car. And believe it or not, they sound great.
When this ad aired, many thought it was a clever hoax. The audio had to be from a normal orchestra. But what you hear is really coming from those instruments. Teams of skilled musicians and metalworkers crafted them. Now, that’s a novel way to recycle!
