My new to me 993 came with a bolt in cage.  I use the car quite a bit on the street so out it came.  I have it posted on Pelican so if you follow the link you can check out pictures.  Ignore the price.  Make reasonable offer and save me the pain of shipping.

Jeff, what type of seats are you planning on using on the track?  If racing seats, you'll still need some type of harness bar.

I've got Evo II seats and six-point harnesses.  I'll be using a BK Harness Truss so I can attach the harnesses directly.  I had one on my last car and really liked it.

Ok lets try this again.  On this forum - make an offer - first offer takes it.  I just tripped over it getting the decorations out.

Is it a full cage or simply a roll-over bar?

Thanks

John

Hey John,

It's a full cage w'out the side intrusion bars.  So it's the rollbar, a bar that extends from the roll bar along the roofline down along the front of the door opening and securing to the floor just under the dash and a cross over bar.  If you click the link in the first post above there is a picture of all the pieces.  Bill Dougherty is very familiar with my car (Jeff Conklin) and he removed it (although about 1 1/2 years ago) , feel free to give him a call.  It's doing me no good, you are welcome to it in exchange for a beer at the track.

This has been posted for 1 year.  The bar goes in the trash this weekend.

I'll take it, what's reasonable? 6-pack, case, keg?

I've tripped over so many times I'm willing to buy you a beer.  It's a nice piece so I didn't want to throw it away.  If you can use it great.  I'll shoot you a PM.  I'm in west chester, but back and forth to collegeville enough I can drop it off.
