That was the former AX Chair on Facebook.  I was looking for an answer from the current administration on our forum, 1.e., something offically offical.

I'm not an event organizer, but according to our Glorious Leader it is deceased.  It is no more.  It has gone on to meet it's maker.  It's pushing up the bleedin' daisies...  This is an ex-event.

Guys here is the deal with Planes and Porsches. I am officially throwing in the towel in organizing this event. I started to get the ball rolling, but found that with my job, up-in-the-air living situation, and newfound health issues, I simply don't have the energy to put towards this event to make it what it deserves to be.

At this point, I realize it is late in the game, but if someone else wants to step up to organize this event, I will name that person as the official organizer of Planes on Porsches, and let them run with it. If anyone is interested, send me a PM and I will give you my cell.
