WTB: Air-cooled 911

Hi there,

I'm looking for (my first) air cooled 911. I'm just beginning to look and it'd be great to find something locally if possible. 

Wants:
A car from the 80-90s (ie, a 911 SC through 993)
Good maintenance records
A manual transmission
No white cars (Blue/Green would be fantastic)
