I am in search of an 87-89 Carrera coupe body/roller to bring my ride back to life. Color is not an issue, just needs to be straight and rust free. Contact me with details of what you have or if you know of one somewhere. Distance not an issue. Don't let a perfect heart & soul of an injured car go to waste. Please help save this car.

Maybe Specialty Cars in Allentown. I know that's a ways from you, but it might be necessary to cast a wide net for something like this.

Thanks for the replies guys, I'm only limiting my search to within the U.S.

I'm coming to the realization that I may not find a body so I've started looking at completed track cars. I have found some nice ones within my price range but no purchase yet. I'd rather build it exactly the way I want it but the smarter thing would be to buy a whole car.

We will see but I know one thing's for sure, I will get back on track before the season's over.

Thanks Big D, I appreciate the condolences. You're right it does suck, but I'm not mad at the driver that hit me. Truth be told it could have been anyone that was in his spot.

I came across Dan's website yesterday afternoon, he has a couple of cars that might be suitable donors. We've already traded several emails about one particular car. I also found a completed car that is real attractive to me in the Midwest. We will have to see...
