Excuse my lack of specificity. I am already a PCA member. I did 3 events with Riesentoter last summer. My question is how does one join the Riesentoter region?

If you are already a PCA member, you must have specified a region in your application, and are currently, a member of one of the 100+ PCA regions. You can either transfer your membership to Riesentoter or, for a small additional fee, obtain dual membership to your original region and RTR.
Chris is correct through, you have to contact national. I found this on the PCA website: "**If you wish to change your user name, first, middle, or last names, add or change your Affiliate member, or to change your Region affiliation, please contact the PCA National Office directly.**" I'm sure they can also help you with dual region membership, its pretty common. Bob,
Glad to hear you're going to join us. We have a few northerners in our ranks since Poke your nose Region doesn't have a DE program. I'll put you on the list for the upcoming Suds Council Annual Extravaganza. It's RTR's most anticipated event. The Steering Committee is still trying to decide a date.
