need help - exotic car storage facility??

no, its not for me!!!  

i have a client who owns a 1967 Shelby GT500 KR, and also a 2006 Ford GT.  he is spending alot of time travelling around the world, and is in need of a very good, safe place to keep his vehicles.....   he needs a place somewhere in the Wilmington, DE area;  he is looking for a very secure site, with climate control, etc, etc....

i figured that some of you track junkies might keep your nice toys in such a place;  do any of you Porsche guys know of a business i can contact such as above?  this gentleman needs much more than a 'U Store It' can provide;  i am thinking something along the lines of a climate controlled warehouse, with a good security system and guards, fire suppression system, etc.  can anyone out there point me in the right direction?
