Seasonal auto storage

I thought I'd repost this since the original thread was not as direct:

I have clean, secure, heated storage space available for six to eight cars. The facility is located on my home property about 5 miles from the Quakertown interchange on the NE ext of the Tpk and close to Routes 100 & 29.

One car or more. The space would be shared space, storage only. Access would be limited to mutually agreeable weekends and evenings. Electric service is available (and included) for battery tenders.

In addition to being on my property, with someone home days,  nights & weekends, a portion of the upper floor is occupied by a local newspaper publisher, so someone is actually on-site during the day. I use a portion of the space to work on my own cars and I would also be checking up on things almost daily.

If a club member or a referral is interested in storage, I am looking to rent from six to eight spaces at a month-to-month rate of $45 or an annual prepaid rate of $420 ($35/mo). I'm really just looking to offset my costs of heating the space.
