URGENT, FROM METRO NY PCA REGARDING MT.TREMBLANT DE
To all current and prospective DE participants:
The Metro NY Region of the Porsche Club of America has been offered a rare opportunity to conduct a weekend Driver Education event at Mt. Tremblant on Saturday June 9[suP]th[/suP] and Sunday June 10[suP]th[/suP].
As those of you who joined us last year know, this is a world-class facility with fun and activities for all the family. The track is located in a beautiful resort area just an hour north of Montreal. As an added bonus, any PCA member who owns and drives any other kind of track prepared car is welcome to participate.
Please see the following link: http://www.lecircuit.com/
Due to the continued escalation of costs associated with renting tracks, as well as keeping our DE fees reasonable, we need to know in advance how many entrants are willing to commit to this particular event.
If we receive adequate response and the event is scheduled, your fee will be considered non-refundable. This event will count towards the bulk registration requirements.
If enough paid participants are not received before the deadline of February 23[suP]rd[/suP], we will not be able to justify the expense of running the event and it will be cancelled.
In that case, you will receive either a full refund or credit towards any other Metro NY Driver Education event this year. Any previously issued credits/certificates from last year may not be applied to this event.
To confirm your participation, it is IMPERATIVE that your payment is received either by check or Paypal before February 23[suP]rd[/suP].
The fees for this event are:
Students $170 per day (US funds)
Instructors $85 per day (US Funds)
Mailing address:
Dave Hartman; 14 Albert St.; Shoreham, NY 11786
D.E. Hotline: 631-744-1115
We hope that since so many of you asked us to repeat this event again, we are able to keep it on our 2007 schedule.
