Here is the track list I use before an event to make sure I have everything I need.

Track Checklists

I ALWAYS forget to take stuff to the track.   I also ALWAYS end up running with my head cut off the day before a track event trying to get everything ready to go.   This checklist is an effort to get somewhat organized

Three weeks before event, make sure you got your race tires

Two weeks before event, inspect brake pads have at least 50% of pad left.   Order extra pads
just in case.

Two weeks before event, get driving suit cleaned

Four days before event, run through checklist, make sure you got everything

Three days before event, start picking out some CDs for the drive up

Two days before event, take off engine cover(less weight, easier to work on engine)

Two days before event, start charging batteries for radios + video camera, etc.

Two days before event, put all stuff from checklist below in a big pile

One day before event, wash car, get gas, get food/snacks/water. Relax.   Go to sleep early

Thanks for sharing.  Here's mine.  Believe it or not, I do this before every event (learned to be obsessive-compulsive about check-lists when in the Air Force).
