I just recently signed on with ConEdison for 8.89 cents per kilowatt-hour for a 12 month fixed rate, no penalty and no sign up fee. It was the best fixed rate deal I was able to find.

I was just told tonight the rate had been lowered to .880 fixed for the year. No penalty and no sign up fee with us also.
