It is a 1997 and in pretty good shape.  Inspected last year and used 3 times since. Several brand new tires.  Has electric brakes, tire rack and front shield.  Will include hitch, tie downs, locks, wood ramps (for lowered cars) and a trailer dolly.  Set up for 911.  Needs only state inspection, but a powerwashing wouldn't hurt.  I will cover any inspection items because there won't be any.  $3500 firm -- about 1/2 the cost of new.  Located in Rosemont/Bryn Mawr.
