Have any of you low mileage car drivers been charged for emissions even though the car is emissions exempt?

Been exempt for years, under 5000 miles.
Have not paid for the test, only the basic inspection.

Thanks, i have not paid in many years being exempt. Got charged over 60 bucks at Conshocken and was told that was their standard for increasing costs. I should have known better.....that will be my LAST time gong there. Also performed a low mileage check for no reason but to add to the bill. My next Porsche will not be from them.

Most shops will charge a few dollars (5 maybe) for the exempt sticker but they shouldn't charge you for the test that you don't need.
