I saw a car at lightning two weeks ago with what I will call a tire trailer. Anyone know anything about these or just even where to find them?

You'll need a hitch made by Will Wood or some other guys.

Trailer itself: most guys buy one from Harbor Freight then modify some to hold tires, gas cans, etc.
