Winter storage

I need an indoor spot for my 993 for late November thru early march.  Anyone have a reccomendation

Do you need constant access to the car?

I might have a spot available if my 993 sells soon. My shop has heat but you would have to share the garage with a water pumper.  The cars can get "stranded" in the garage if we have a lot of snow since there is no pavement getting back to the space.
