I say no because the legislation is too broad on this....

I use a head set that doesnt have voice dial, but it takes just a long to answer the  phone as does to change the radio station.

FWIW, Dialing a number and driving is stupid, but I am sure we are all guilty of that.

On the heels of this is to ban eating, drinking and smoking while driving.  Although smoking would require a Pennsylvania wide ban due to tobacco laws.

Are manual transmissions next as it requires taking 1 hand off the wheel to shift?
