[size="2"]Some of you may have seen Brian's mention in the latest Der Gasser about a Concours in Bethlehem. Below, please see some more information on this event and let us know if you are interested! This info will also be appearing on the website and in the next Der Gasser, but we wanted to get the word out first here on the Forum.

2008 Concours d’Elegance of the Eastern United States
RTR has been invited to join The Concours d’Elegance of the Eastern United States in Bethlehem, PA as part of their Car Club section on Sunday June 1, 2008. The Concours benefits the Burn Prevention Foundation, and brings together a first-class showfield of cars, including pre-war and post-war classics and sports cars. Previous Porsche entries have included 356 Speedsters, various 911’s, and even one of the original Porsche 901’s.
More information on the Concours can be found at http://www.concourseast.org
As part of the Car Club section, RTR will be provided space for the club to gather, enjoy the day, and attend the Concours. RTR members who attend with their Porsches will receive free Concours entry-tickets for the day for each person in the vehicle (maximum 4 per car). It will be a nice social opportunity to share a beautiful day as a club and enjoy some of the nicest cars on the East coast.
An approximate schedule will be to arrive as a group by 9:30am at the show site at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem. Arrangements for a nearby meeting location and caravan to the show are being discussed currently, with more details to come.
For now, we would like to start gauging interest for how many RTR members/cars would like to attend. By May 15, we will need to propose to the Concours an approximate total number of cars so that appropriate space can be designated for us.
