Hooters opens at 12pm, so an 11:30 meeting time will allow us some time to hang out together before lunch.

Okay, so I'll taske it that there's interest.  Let me look at the calendar, then give them a call to see if they can accomodate a large group.

 

Any preference for afternoon or evening?  I'm figuring that it might be easier for them to accomodate a Sunday lunch get together rather than the chaos of saturday shopping time.

Agree - Sunday lunch is best - easier to look at everyone else's car in the light, too.

I might think that with summer time weekends, many have plans that may involve being out of town.  I vote for a Tuesday or Thursday early evening.  My .02 cents.
