OK? Then why are there sooooo few AX'ers in our club.
I'll CHALLENGE any and all track guys at the P&P AX on July 12th. Be there or be square! I've heard all the excuses: 1. "All day for 6 runs of less than a minute" 2. "My car is not set up for AX" 3. "I can't read the cones". I don't make excuses when I'm at the track........... My slogan: MOUTH SHUT.......FOOT DOWN!
If you'd listen to Randy Probst talk, he was an AXer fefore a road racer........ that experience made him a far better driver. Those words came from him. :dude:
Quote:Yes, this why championship autocrossers are first good road racers. Nothing like WDC auto-crosser that was originally say an ALMS or F1 driver. BTW, does repeating your post make your argument more convincing?

hock: Just go race in a field of say 70 cars in the rain. Now that's challenging and fun. Nothing wrong with autocross, but comparing DE and Autocross is not relevant. We had at least 20 cars that race NASA, PCA, and SCCA at the last event honing their skills and having fun.
