My first event at Pocono next month.  Where do all the cool kids stay?

It's probably like porn.  Hard to define but you know it when you see it.  So where do the rest of you stay? Smile

This place is close to the track--lots of folks stay at the Best Western in Blakslee...  here's an old thread:

That's probably the best choice.  I like the Ramada which is a little further away from the track and not many people stay there for some reason.

Just ask for the room that does not have the French Whore smoke odor cover-up air freshener. Asthma attacks for kids a plenty

Justice Stewart quote - it appears that another lawyer is amongst us.

The cool kids don't run Pocono. Just kidding. It is a great track to learn car control. I like the Best Western.

I am about to cancel a room reserved at the Blakslee Inn  as I will  not be attending due to my "en-deer-ing" incident at summit. If any one wants the room let me know by next Thursday. I dont know what their availability is.  They have a fabulous restaurant and this room has a kitchenette.

I'm not even a paid spokesperson but they didn't have a Holiday Inn Express so I booked the Best Western. I'm going to drive up Friday morning. Anybody know what time things start on Friday? I haven't found a schedule yet.
