Steering Wheel Recover

I have an ALan Gun steering wheel cover that needs to be stitched on. I am really hesitant to do it myself as I have never done it.

Does anyone know where I can get this done? I am not a lowballer and am prepared to pay for quality work.

I've read that Dallas Custom Steering wheels does a really good job. They seem to have a lot of recommendations on Early S Registry.
