Hi all!!

I'm looking at replacing the top on my '05 987. It's still in good shape, but is starting to show it's age with some mild wear at the fold points, and some discoloring. I'd rather replace it before it's needed, than after.

I've looked online, and found plenty of sources for purchasing the OEM style/quality top itself, and I replaced the top on my previous NB Miata myself, but have since moved and no longer have an adequate indoor work area.

Has anyone had their top replaced by a local shop, and more specifically - where in our region would you recommend having the work done? I live in the Limerick/Royersford area, and the local top/upholstery shop in my area has never done a Boxster, and the owner said he'd rather not attempt it (? - found this rather odd, but alas)

Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Cheer's

I had my 02 boxster top replaced with a glass window version. I was going to buy a GAHH top myself. But shop said they could get it cheaper. They did a perfect install.,but, they are in Trenton NJ. Kisthardts 609-734-0700. Kevin is owner.
