As part of AutoX programme in 2007, we are going to organize our our 'run wot ya brung' Pinks style drag racing event ........... but this might be EVEN better!!!!!!

PINKS ALL OUT is coming to Maple Grove Raceway Saturday, May 12, 2007

is coming to Maple Grove Raceway May 11/12. The event at Maple Grove Raceway will be a PINKS All Out show featuring 350 door cars! The popular television show will be filmed on Saturday, May 12th. PINKS  is now the top rated show on SPEED Channel. Part of the event is a Test & Tune Friday, May 11th to pre-registered entries only. Only door cars running quicker then 12.99 seconds are eligible to compete. Field is closed.

didn't you know that Porsches are ROADCARS........Not dragsters. One can build a much faster car, and for lot less $$$$ if you wana drag!

I know 5 entrants that will be running:

Father, son and daughter (DiMino family - all with 9:50 cars "Black Horse Autobody")

Brother and sister (Belmonte kids - the boy is selected to have the "Pinks" film crew follow him around the pits all day)

I'm afraid that my car won't do even 15.00 down the strip, so I'm out of the prize money...........what can you expect from an ANTIQUE!

16 Car Run-off starts approximately 8:00 p.m.
