Unfortunetly....my little boxster was on the bad end of a gentleman (gentle...haha) that decided he was going to try some of his new drunken karate kick moves on the first car he saw as he was asked to leave.  Well, even the cops asked him "why did you have to pick the Porsche out of all the other cars here?" Well..I get some dings and chips and some other road wear taken out with the new paint he is paying for out of his pocket. I guess it is really time to button it up for the winter after I get it back from the shop.

All right, everyone is probably thinking it, so I'll ask.  What kind of bars do you hang out at?  The type where you can see a guy get a bar stool broken over his head?Big Grin

Good job on getting the pugilist to pay the cash.  It'll look good as new in no time.

Yeah, that's a rough crowd!

Sorry to hear about the paint. It will look great when it's done though. Smile

I think Dave Chappelle would classify this "gentleman" as a player-haterWink

Actually, I think the AA vernacular would be "Playa". Wink

After he pays you, do you get to kick him?

Even in the nicest of Martini bars are there drunks who get asked to leave and are not too happy about it...apparently....haha

All will be well and the new paint will shine just as nice as it did before.

when you have a car repaired or an estmate done at an auto body repair shop in pennsylvania it is reported to DMV. Due to the damage incurred the vehicle now has a lower value ( even after the repair) Diminished value is recognized by insurance companies and you should be reimbused for this by the moron.

You mean a lower overall value of the car. Reimbursement for the loss in value of the vehicle?
