As an IT guy, I can tell you that this DST change thing has been nothing but headaches. Congress just went and changed it with no thought to the kind of PITA it would cause, nevermind the recent study that shows using DST now INCREASES energy use instead of saving it.

Also, I tried to register but got a message that I'm not approved yet (this is the first RTR even I've tried to sign up for) I emailed Carol but haven't heard anything back. I know these fill up fast, am I screwed? Confused
