3rd Event of the 2008 RTR AutoX+ Roadshow

Well, what a good day!

I'm very pleased with the way it all went and I'm delighted everyone had a good time. On the day, the projected rain and thunder storms stayed away, the sun shone brightly all day, 46 cars had 6 runs each and we estimated we had over 90 friends, guests and spectators (including a passing motorbike gang) watching from inside the hangar.

Thanks to all who helped including Vee, Graham, Jackie, Brain & Terry, Paul,  Francine and Bodo + everyone else + any one I've accidentally forgotten.

Special thanks go to Millennium Aviation, Dave Newman & Specialty cars, Porsche of the Main Line, DogFish Head Brewery, the Wright Insurance agency, Dougherty's + Apex products who supported the event.

We haven't added up how much we have raised yet but it should be in the thousands especially after Francine and Jackie did an AMAZIN' job to sell over $1000 worth of raffle tickets!!!!  I am now having a full week off from anything related to Porsches so will let everyone know final amount to be donated to ALS on behalf of our friend Bob Wilderman in the next week or two......
