I agree that rain driving is good training, in general, as you have to exercise greater smoothness, precision, etc. But at the Glen, I'm not really sure that the rain contributed much to my skilz. Speeds had to be slower, and the pucker factor was definitely up (not good for smoothness), so there wasn't the opportunity to explore the dynamics of the car's handling.
In another venue, maybe the wet will provide a greater opportunity Except for T6, VIR was a blast in the rain
