It's my brother in law's car that I was taking people for "Taste of the Track" rides in. It does dominate to a point. It weighs 3900 lbs as it sits and with 2 good size passengers with their gear on it's 4400. The tires are the stock run flats which are junk in all conditions but the car is so spectacular it makes up for them in most cases.

2800 lb or so cars on Hoosier wets being driven well by someone like Glen are faster at Thunderbolt. It's a track that lends itself to better handling, more nimble cars. The GTR felt huge on the track albeit a very fast Rhinoceros of a car.

On comparable tires I imagine the story changes but there is nothing to worry about as they don't make them large enough (20") yet.
