All you need is a working odometer. No GPS or other aids allowed (they won't really help). A clipboard and a pencil will be useful.
At the rally, you will receive a map with the 19 stations noted on it. Your mission is to visit all 19 stations and arrive at the finish with the lowest possible mileage. There is no official route, you are free to go in any direction or sequence you want. The questions are there to ensure you visit each station (they are unmanned). They are not necessarily riddles, although some will require you to be observant as you approach certain stations.
To start there will be a short calibration run to account for odometer fluctuations as well as a couple bonus questions to answer. At the end, we'll determine your mileage, add quarter-mile penalties for incorrect answers and see who comes out on top. Trophies to the top three finishers.
See you Saturday.
