HAHAAHAHAHA! You have to expect the attention in such a rare car. His police statement says he was distracted by a Pelican flying in front of the car and dropped his cell phone and as he went to pick it up....................

That is the "Zapruder Bugatti Film". That video is worth major coin to the insurance company.

BTW, Rennlist has a big thread going on this, but their site somehow has been attacked and shut down late last week. Hmmmmmm
