I love this video Smile I was going to post it but being that it was from an SCCA race I thought some might object.

Yes, it was because he gave the "not ready signal" when he waved at her, which puts you automatically at the back of the grid Sad So she was correct in holding him up, but since this was only his 2nd ever race, he didn't realize what he had done. In the SCCA you do your first 2 races wearing rookie stripes on your car--he had to do another race successfully to get rid of them.
