Yes these guidelines are still in effect. However based on past experience, feedback and criticism each post that violates these guidelines is looked at and a administrative decision is made whether the post warrants deletion and possible banning of the users IP address. Being the admin is not fun in that no matter what your decision someone will disagree.
Another rule has been added to the guidelines. If a new member posts a commercial web site that is not Porsche related in their profile that membership will be deleted. Also personal web sites that are pornographic will have their membership deleted. I have to delete several pornographic web site profiles each day.
Also I have noted duplicate IP addresses and some of them are family members who loggin from the same computer or router that is cloaking the IP. I am however contacting the few members who are using more then one member name and requesting that they delete the additional profiles they created. IF they continue they will be banned.
