I have been watching the Touring Car race series for the last last couple of months. Certainly a lot more car-to-car contact in the British version. Also, very different cars, the German series is all Mercedes and Audi while the British series seems a little more egalitarian with Chevy's, Honda's, Vauxhall's and BMW's.

They're really entertaining and since they edit the action, you get three races in an hour episode. Wonder if the Speed Channel would consider broadcasting a spec Miata or E30 race? It might generate more domestic interest than these.
