Mike, your arguments are well articulated and approrpriate if this discussion were taking place more than 5,000 years ago before mankind decided it wanted to live in civilization, which by definition requires reliance upon one another.
Pursuant to your argument there would be no schools, libraries, infrastructure, social security, or medicare. Like I said, we are all socialists to a degree. Your logic goes well beyond the social contract. John Locke would conclude that you are an anarchist.
