It depends on what they used.....
Some cars heat is the answer...some dry ice is the answer. For Hondas I get a bunch of pellatized dry ice and dump that on, about 40 lbs or so does the trick. The stuff shrinks and flakes off.
For other cars this doesn't work and you have to heat it with a torch and scrape it off. This makes burning hot tar -- which you don't want to get on your hand (trust me!)
I've never tried either technique on an SC but I can guarantee that one of the two is the right solution!
