Odd blue on edges of rear tires?

No....I'm suggesting they are blue because they are barely ever touching the road on the outside edge.  The tire is getting heated as the middle and inside edges get hot -- the heat then transfers to the outside edge and causes the discoloration.

He'd have to check the tire temps to see what is going on for sure.  Another symptom would be of course that the outside edge of the tire wouldn't be worn as much.
