You can catch the actual thread where Brian found the post on Rennlist. Sean has been racing awhile and spends a good deal of time in European Cup races. Don't read anything into passing the Ferrari. Could be a junior team member or they were doing tire testing, shakedown etc. The Ferrari's are fast and the Qual sessions will let you know a bit more (still may be sand bagging). Weight and power restrictions can easily be implemented after Daytona if your car shows too much pace. Racing is about finishing in front of the next guy not about fastest lap (does not hurt, but I would rather win a race than practice).
