Guys,
Each year with Allstate, I remove my collision and liability coverage and only retain comprehensive (theft, fire, vandalism) over the winter. I was informed by my agent, that if I dropped all coverages, then I would have to surrender my plate. But by keeping comprehensive, I can keep my PA plate and also I still have coverage if something were to happen to the car while sitting in the garage. I have not had a chance to read the above mentioned article but will do so later tonight.
