There are plenty of internet retailers that offer harnesses. A little comparison shopping might turn up a bargain or two on belts that are dated last year. I would stick to the well known brands and an FIA certified model. IMO, the installation is as important as the harness itself. I recommend having a qualified shop do the install; e.g. no bolts through the floor pan.
Don't know what your timing or specific requirements are, but I am swapping out one of my Schroth 5 point harnesses as we speak. They are a 3 inch wide belt. They're dated 2012 so they are good for another 5 years of DE use. I'm installing a new set (purchased from Stable Energies) with a hybrid shoulder belt to better fit across my Hans device.
