Thank God for the Scudders Falls Bridge on 95. That's been my preferred route to NJMP from Bucks County for some time. 95N, cross the FREE Scudders Falls Bridge, head down 295S on the NJ side, pick up 55 and presto. Less hassle and FREE!!!
