Just because we've had out last PCA event doesn't mean that we're done for AX. As you see elsewhere in this forum, we're already planning on entering the SCCA event on Oct. 5th and you're welcome to join us. You'll also see in this thread that Elizabeth will be at SCCA Warminster this weekend (I may be there, depends upon my wife's schedule)
All you need is enthusiasm (not required, but helps), a Snell 2000 (or later) helmet and a car that you would like to enter.
The rules are posted unde the autocross section of hte rtr website. SCCA rules are posted here...

As for DE events, you should post a message in that message board for help with from the track addicts.
Hopefully we'll see you at an AX event soon!
Quote:I am new the the PCA and a first time porsche owner (June 2006). I was driving past the Valley fordge convention center and saw the autocrosss setting up on Sunday and decided to stop over and watch. The event looked like a lot of fun and it is something i would like to get involved with. How often do these events take place? What is needed to take part in these events? Where is a local place to purchase a helmet, I live in King of Prussia? Also has anyone taking part in the driver's ed event or track events? I would also like to begin getting involved with some other events as well. Thank you in advance for your feedback!!!
