Backup Camera

I found a few backup cameras that should work in my 2010 cayman. They are wireless and work by attaching the camera portion to the backup light, so it will activate when going in reverse. The monitor can be powered by plugging into the cigarette lighter. Instead of plugging in, I would rather hard wire the monitor into the fuse panel that is hot only when the car is running. How do I do this. Specific instructions are needed. My handyness stops at doing an oil change. Thanks
