IMHO, the problem with 4 sessions is the added wasted time waiting for each additional run group to pit in. It already takes them 5 minutes to clear the track each session. Added 5 more sessions per day (one each for each group) wastes another 25 minutes of track time.
We had people miss many black flags but the sure could slow way the **** down for the last 2 miles after the checker.
