Darren, you can see how much I gain on Jim Z at the top of the esses by hugging the inside of the corner.  While I don't have any video of that happening at the end of the front straight, the same thing typically happens.

That line is very car specific as you have to be able to get the car to rotate at corner entry for it to work.  It happens to work for my 993, although you will see that the car rotate's just a bit too much at the top of the esses during one lap
