My rubber spoiler trim was showing signs of age and cracking slightly, so it was time to do a replacement.
I followed the instructions at Renntech (here):
http://www.renntech.org/forums/index.php...hl=bellows
These are the best instructions I've followed for an auto DIY in a long time. The job was just as described and took about as long as the intructions said. Perfect and a very easy job!
The only thing missed in the description that I did to make life easier was to remove the 3rd brake light in order to slide the upper metal retainer out of position.
The part number that you need for this item is:
Spoiler Trim, Porsche Part #: 996 512 250 00
I bought mind from Sunset Imports for $68.24
