Congratulations on the new car and welcome to the ever increasing world of RTR's 993's! Planning to bring the car to SP in Nov?
To Jack's point, without disturbing the interior too much but removing the door side panels and speakers,rear speakers, rear fold down seats and radio reduced the weight by +55lbs according to my scales. You already have the sport seats and I assume the carpets are out.
